Challenge

As a data centre infrastructure provider to large enterprises, DCI’s customer trust depends on the security of every access point, including the portals customers use to manage their services. Testing had to be thorough yet finished in a short window.

Scope of work

1. Testing of the main site and three customer service portals
2. Controlled vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
3. Portal authentication, authorisation, and session management testing
4. Technical report and executive summary by risk level
5. Recommendation walkthrough with the internal security team
