PT Avior Teknologi Nusantara (“Avior Digital”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we process personal data you submit through avior.digital, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022.

2. Data we collect

• Contact form: name, agency/company, email, WhatsApp number (optional), type of need, and message.
• Republik Netizen waitlist: name, email, and role (Brand/MSME or Netizen).
• Technical data: cookieless, aggregated visit statistics (pages, device, country) to improve the site.

3. Purposes

• Responding to your consultation request or question.
• Notifying waitlist members when Republik Netizen launches.
• Keeping the site secure and preventing spam.

Processing is based on the explicit consent you give when submitting a form. We never sell your personal data.

4. Retention & security

Data is kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction, or until you request deletion, unless the law requires otherwise. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access restrictions, and reasonable security practices.

5. Third parties

We use providers for hosting and anti-spam protection (e.g. Cloudflare). Contact and waitlist form submissions are sent from our server to our inbox (info@avior.digital) through Hostinger's email service. These providers process data only for that purpose. The location map is provided by Google Maps and loads when you reach the Contact section.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Send requests to info@avior.digital.
